Love yourself, hug yourself.. You are a child of God, and life is so worth living.. Do not harm yourself, as the cycle will repeat itself in another life.. Say to yourself, "I love me". I will not let outside troubles harm me.. or influence me.. .. You are a gift, so honor that.
