Is my boyfriend drifting from me?

im 16 my boyfriend is also 16 we will both be 17 in a month. when we first started dating he was all about hugging, holdin hamds and little kisses here and there and then after a few months its all about sexual things (not sex though) and he wont hold my hand and hes not really into hugs anymore. Hes not the cheating type but what do i do to get him back to the way he used to be?
