Okay tryin to transfer to a different school but my grades are whats holdin me back what should i do?

I want to go from public to private and play basketball there so i can looked at by collages and i need to get average grades which are B's and C's and if you want to be a smart *** and put something smart up here you will get cussed the **** out....
